We’re looking for a Sr. UI/UX designer with a passion for building amazing modern web products. Our website needs to serve as the centerpiece of our brand, communicate ServiceTitan's message to the right personas, and help convert pipeline to drive business growth. You will be well versed in creating high converting website as well as highly engaging web products. 

You will play a key role in rapidly growing reach, engagement, pipeline, revenue, and eventually customer retention and expansion by creating a best in class web experience. You will lead the design of all features for the new servicetitan.com. 

This is a unique opportunity to build an amazing web product from the ground up.

As our Sr. UI/UX Designer, you will: 

• Deliver customer-centered user experiences
• Conceptualize feature roadmap and prioritize the strategy, based on user research, testing, performance objectives, and brand goals
• Carry ideas from inception through development 
• Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality development and user experience
• Ensure world class design quality end to end, across all design competencies, e.g., visual, content, motion, interaction design, prototyping and user experience
• Deliver a cross-platform user experience that is simple and elegant
• Create wire-frames, beautiful mockups, amazing prototypes, and help implement your designs to pixel perfection
• Design new experience with a mobile first mindset
• Create user flows, lo/hi fidelity designs and prototypes
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires independent self-direction, excellent time management ,attention to detail and an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 

• Foundation and understanding of Design thinking practices
• Proficiency in design software (e.g.Sketch, InVision, Illustrator)
• Experience with interaction design and information architecture
• 5+ years’ experience designing high converting websites and web applications 
• Specific experience with UX research, interaction and mobile design, prototyping tools and responsive web frameworks
• Experience with a/b testing and conversion rate optimization
• A strong desire to create the best web applications and the ability to create them
• The urge to execute the best solution and push it to the next level
• Experience with user research and a strong empathy for the end users
• Ability to communicate your ideas, both visually and verbally
• An inquisitive mind with great intellectual curiosity
• A deep appreciation of craftsmanship and an exceptional eye for detail
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Design, Cognitive Science, or other related disciplines
• An excellent portfolio to present all of above
• Ability to read, write, copy and paste HTML, CSS and JavaScript
