Sr. Product Designer, Consumer Applications (Remote - US)

We're looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to lead the design of thoughtful, valuable, and approachable experiences of consumer applications which span across multiple platforms. This is a great opportunity to join a fun, exciting, and highly motivated team poised to create real impact.
Come help us grow our design practice and contribute to developing product strategy as a champion for design thinking and human centered design. You’ll work closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to discover and solve new, challenging problems in the advertising and marketing technology space.
What you will do
- Take stewardship for the product design of a domain or large portion of a complex product.
- Communicate design decisions and represent/advocate for the user’s voice when presenting and strategizing with cross-functional partners including stakeholders, product managers, engineers, etc.
- Discover thoughtful solutions to user problems and think critically from the user perspective.
- Explain and debate design decisions and trade-offs based on deep understanding of the user needs.
- Represent design within autonomous, single threaded teams made up of product, design, engineering and marketing empowered to create impactful experiences.
- Work across the entire design stack, creating: wireframes, flow diagrams, clickable prototypes, detailed interactions and high-fidelity visuals with quality.
- Leverage a combination of qualitative and quantitative data to inform and inspire your design decisions.
- Synthesize user feedback, stakeholder thoughts, product requirements, and technical restraints into a cohesive vision. Contribute to strategy and what will move the business forward.
- Collaborate with the customer success/support team regularly to provide updates on new product design changes. Closely monitor and document user pain-points and needs they relay related to UI/UX. Finds solutions to address issues.
- Identify what problems need to be solved and advocate for what features should be built next.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience designing high quality consumer applications and experiences.
- Experience with actively using and contributing to a design system.
- Strong design workflows and organized design habits in Figma (familiarity with tokens is a bonus).
- Experience and interest in the entire design stack, including UI, UX, visual, interaction, and motion design.
- Demonstrable awareness and understanding of designing for web accessibility and usability standards.
- Experience building across platforms including responsive web, iOS, macOS, Android, Windows, and browser extensions.
- Understand when no design is the best design.
- Bring a strong design aesthetic and understand how to articulate multiple brands.
- Desire to create thoughtful, inspiring, and approachable designs that predict and exceed user expectations.
