We are looking for a Senior UX Product Designer to join the Within Design Group.

Our Design group is a collaborative team of creatives and engineers creating magical and meaningful VR & AR experiences.

The right candidate is a thoughtful user experience designer with a passion for immersive user experiences and visual designs. You will use your expertise in interactive design to bring thoughtful structure and elegant solutions to our user experience challenges.

The impact you’ll make:

You will be responsible for the user experience, flows, strategic research and documentation across our suite of products.

• Manage all aspects of user experience. Be the resident user experience design expert.
• Define and design new systems for VR & AR while collaborating closely with the design and engineering teams.
• Design end-to-end flows, UX and visuals.
• Conduct ongoing user and competitive analysis to understand landscape, positioning, and feature set.
• Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, QA, overseeing the implementation of the user experience from conception to launch - as well as post-launch design support.
• Clearly articulate design decisions to a vast set of internal stakeholders. Give and take feedback.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Ability to synthesize expansive and ambiguous requirements and accomplish them through design.
• A good user intuition, empathy and curiosity for user experience.
• A portfolio of interaction and product design work.
• Knowledge of various methods for user research.
• 4+ years of design and product experience in tech or gaming.
