Designers at Tradesy aren't just pixel pushers — design is an integral part of how we make product decisions. 

As a Product Designer at Tradesy, you will work with multiple cross-functional product teams to design high quality features across Android, iOS and Web. You’ll focus on craft and execution, making sure high quality design is at the forefront of everything we ship.

You will be responsible for the daily execution of design tasks, planning and reviewing work with product, design and engineering stakeholders and communicating about the status of your ongoing work. 

You’ll be a great fit for the role if you’re knowledgeable in your craft, design with empathy for our users and passionate about figuring out how to design and ship the right thing, every time.

You will:

• Deliver high quality user experience and visual design across our Android, iOS and Web properties
• Advocate for excellent user experience and design best practices
• Work closely with with product and design management to scope, test, build and iterate on features
• Contribute to and help maintain Tradesy’s growing design system
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders about project status, both verbally and in writing
• Participate in user testing sessions to validate design concepts
• Act as an individual contributor, driving your projects to successful completion with the support of a cross-functional team

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a product or user experience designer.
• Excellent visual and user experience design skills.
• Demonstrated success shipping products across Android, iOS and Web.
• A portfolio that showcases your best work.
• Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, and presenting.
• Empathy for user needs and an ability to design for those needs
• Curiosity to explore and radically improve an idea through great design.
