About the role

As a core part of the Product team the Senior Product Designer will be working with a group focused on building a world class experience to our users. We are looking for a key voice helping to establish the insights, systems, and design standards that will be our building blocks moving forward. We move fast, learn quickly, and win together!

The impact you will have:

• User research - understand products goals, specifications, and user psychology
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Work with Product Managers to develop wireframes and prototypes around our customer needs
• Conduct concept and usability testing
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to various stakeholder
• Craft dynamic clean and delightful UI designs Establishing and maintain design standards and systems
• Write product copy (tooltips, labels, success states, notifications, errors, etc.)
• Partner with Engineers to implement

What you bring to the role:

• A proven track record of building a user-centric design solution
• 5+ years of relevant design experience, preferably at a tech, product-driven company Experience utilizing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator...
• A deep appreciation for the power of sketches, post-it notes, and whiteboards
• Ability to thrive in a (fast-paced and agile) environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to be self-directed when necessary
• Passion for users and their needs
• Degree in design, computer science, or equivalent experience
• Experience in either the consumer web or enterprise SaaS space a plus
