About the role

As we continue expanding our marketing efforts at Albert, we’re looking for a skilled Creative Strategist to manage our advertising, content marketing, and brand building creative efforts.


You will work closely with the marketing design and ad operations teams as well as external creative agencies to develop engaging, original creative. The ability to organize, develop, and manage creative processes to produce engaging and performant creative is critical to this role. Success requires a collaborative mindset, a refined sense of aesthetic, and an ability to craft a range of compelling creative to achieve business goals.

  • Storytelling: You have a talent for creative vision and an intuitive sense for visual storytelling that's engaging and relatable for a digitally native audience.
  • Detail: You have an expert eye for design, tone, and overall production quality.
  • Experience: You have knowledge and experience navigating paid user acquisition platforms on Facebook, Google, TikTok and/or Snap.
  • Organization: You can work across multiple layers of our organization, including marketing and growth, product, legal and compliance, and senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage creative strategy and creative development from concept through production and delivery for various ad mediums and advertising channels
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop unique, stand-out advertising creative, in print, video, animation, and digital still formats
  • Oversee content planning and road-mapping
  • Set the creative team up for success in development, execution, and measurement of efforts
  • Produce creative briefs and provide feedback on creative deliverables
  • Partner with the ad operations team to analyze campaign data to inform creative strategy
  • Build strong relationships with external ad partners
  • Ensure creative is consistent with the company’s brand and design direction

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree required
  • Experience as a creative strategist, creative manager, or similar role
  • A track record of delivering compelling creative ads that perform in the form of a portfolio or work samples
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant design tools
