About the Job.
The Ad Studio is a division of true[X] focused on fostering, challenging, and innovating attention advertising. We are a full-service organization of project managers, designers, strategists, and producers, and we lead creative storytelling by developing insights based on data, functionalities, and KPIs. As a Senior Producer, you will be a key member of the Ad Studio, managing external and internal relationships while handling technical aspects of ad creation.
What you will be doing:
Acting as a liaison between the Ad Studio Creative & Strategy teams and our development resources
Creating and monitoring asset standards to meet the Ad Studio's specifications
Capturing production specs and user flows to develop fully executable engagements for development
Partnering with the Account team to collaborate, innovate, and properly spec out engagements
Collaborating with the Creative team to ensure concepts are technically feasible and properly capturing all necessary details to create a production specification document
Managing budget standards, ensuring production costs accurately adhere to negotiated prices
Understanding the Hulu submission process to share with internal resources/3rd parties and ensure proper specifications are followed
Verifying campaign setup and ensuring tagging is properly implemented
Identifying new technologies & vendors that can advance the Ad Studio capabilities
Analyze Ad Studio products to ensure functionality types, strategies, and capabilities are consistent
Assisting in the supervision of the Production department to promote an inspiring atmosphere and desirable workflow

What you have:
B.A. or B.S in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup environment
Deep understanding of various ad products and production processes
Experience managing individuals and teams; managing teams in multiple locations is a plus
Proficient knowledge of content management systems and development tools, with an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop)
Solid understanding of design principles, including UI/UX, user flows, design patterns, and visual language
Experience in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
Understanding of database structures, scripting languages and/or data transfer methods
Portfolio or examples of work are a must
