Aiva, the Amazon- and Google-funded leader in voice-powered care, is looking for a production design contractor.

Aiva improves caregiving for patients/residents and caregivers alike.  We put Amazon Echos, Google Homes and other voice assistants into hospitals and assisted living facilities.  The voice assistants give users hands-free entertainment and control over their environment, but more importantly they improve communication with caregivers.  When you say what you need, Aiva understands and routes your request to the most appropriate person.  Caregivers then use our mobile app to quickly respond and manage requests.

Aiva is based in Los Angeles, and our investors include local VCs as well as the Google Assistant Investment Program and Amazon's Alexa Fund.   

Here’s the design work we need help with:

• Produce great presentations in Powerpoint and Keynote or as PDFs.

• Generate original images for use on print and web.

• Create great pages for our Webflow website.

• Produce graphics for use in marketing videos -- and potentially help design the videos.

• Produce sales collateral, ranging from business cards to brochures and other print handouts.

 Required mastery of the following tools:

• Adobe suite (primarily illustrator + indesign)

• Keynote + Powerpoint

• Sketch/Adobe XD

Nice to have:

• Photoshop

• HTML & CSS experience, editors like Webflow

• Animation/motion graphics (after effects)

Our ideal candidate has the following:

• Bandwidth/availability to jump on last-minute requests.  We’re generally good about planning ahead and providing healthy lead times, but we do sometimes need urgent turnaround.
