We are currently looking for a Designer to collaborate with the marketing and product teams in designing creative that speaks to our customers and end users while standing out from the competition across a variety of channels including web, CRM, printed collateral, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s visual identity online
• UX/UI product design across a variety of channels (mobile, CE, web, etc.)
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create mock or clickable prototypes to share with marketing and product teams, using industry standard tools and techniques.
• Optimize Usability: Make designs responsive to strengthen their performance across platforms.
• Content Creation: Contribute to our brand pack development for customers (pictures, fonts, copy, email templates…)
• User Research & Testing: analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating designs to enhance the user experience
• Support related marketing and product managers in conducting competitor and customer analysis 

Job Requirements

• A solid portfolio that can speak to both your UX and visual design skills

• Experience working in fast-paced production start-up, a fast-paced environment

• This position is expected to be self-directed, but also collaborative. The right candidate must possess superb communication, time-management, and process-management skills along with keen problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Experience in using UX/UI best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design

• Rich experience in visual prototyping and graphical design using Photoshop and Illustrator

• Expertise with UX software such as InVision

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills for prototyping and mock-up are a strong plus

• Web-design support, including framework tools like Wordpress and Craft, a strong plus

• Visual prototyping and graphical design using Photoshop and Illustrator

• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns

• Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients

• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design

• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism

• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation, research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies

• Experience designing UX for B2C (Guest) and B2B (Staff) a plus
