We're seeking a contract product designer to help our team on various projects. We are looking for someone who can create great experiences for our customers and deliver projects on time. You will have direct interaction with all levels of the company, including members of our executive team. 

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end design process of new features 
• Design simple and intuitive experiences 
• Collaborate with PM’s, developers, marketing and CS to identify key problem, make a plan and execute it on time 
• Deliver high-quality, polished, delightful, and easy to use designs
• Conduct competitive research and interviews to have insight-driven decision making 
• Incorporate user insights and validate decisions through rapid prototyping and testing.
• Refine design requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers to arrive at the best design solutions

Requirements

• At 4+ years of product design experience in a product or design-focused tech company.
• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, etc
• A strong design foundation and be able to execute any phase of the design process (ex. research, analysis, UX, UI, concept testing, launch and iterate)
• Capable of time management and meeting deadlines
• A portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving, ability to design for multiple meda and clean visual aesthetic 
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, strong work ethic, sense of urgency and accountability

Nice-to Haves:

• Previous experience working in healthcare or an EHR platform
