SUMMARY
WELL Health is looking for a creative and high-tech Learning Experience Designer who can help us create best-in-class digital learning solutions for our clients. You will join our Professional Services Organization and report to our Director of Client Training. Our ideal candidate is deeply collaborative, has a proven track record of producing excellent eLearning for B2B SaaS organizations, and can wax eloquent about instructional design, creative design, and learning innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop Client-facing digital learning for new and existing product offerings, including self-paced onboarding training, certification programs, and post-training engagement activities.
- Architect and execute a comprehensive visual design strategy for all Client learning programs, including templates, color schemes, iconography, and interactions.
- Build a comprehensive course planning and review process to ensure content is designed in alignment with recommended workflows, best practices, and cross-organizational needs.
- Identify and collect learning-related metrics to measure the success of the developed training programs, interpret the results, and drive actionable change.
- Leverage your natural curiosity to stay on top of the latest learning trends and thoughtfully incorporate them into coursework where appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in eLearning content development.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills; including insightful copy, instructional text, and audio/video scripts.
- Able to tell a story with visuals as well as words.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environment that requires juggling multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Advanced Articulate Storyline skills and a portfolio of past work to back it up.
- Demonstrated passion for eLearning and remaining on the cutting edge of current industry trends and an ability to provide perspective in a team environment.
- Adapt quickly to new technology, new processes and procedures, and standards in an environment of continuous improvement.
BONUS
- Healthcare industry knowledge preferred; payor or provider side experience.
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS organization.
LOCATION
WELL is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is remote friendly to anyone currently based in the United States. #LI-Remote
