The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Designer/Specialist to come join our fun and exciting Social Media department as it continues to expand! If you're the type of person that becomes physically ill at the sight of a poorly designed Instagram Story, incorrectly sized Facebook Ad or inferior color/font usage – but only because you know how to fix these kinds of problems – then we’d like to meet you.

You Will Be

• Assisting the Social Media Designer with output for social media creative across a variety of clients
• Working hand in hand with managers to help meet client design goals
• Creating various ad units for a wide range of social media platforms
• Assisting in the writing of content calendars for various clients across all platforms
• Supporting the social department with data pulls, reports, and ad builds
• Learning ad analytics to provide insight into future designs

You Must Have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• A general understanding of After Effects and/or Premier is preferred for light video editing
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• An understanding of the social network landscape
• Excellent work ethic with a great attitude for taking on challenges
• The ability to be organized and efficient, with the capability of working on multiple project at once
• Ability to create GIFs is a huge plus
