Interactive Motion Graphics Designer
ABOUT THE ROLE
The design team at VideoAmp seeks a highly creative interactive designer with an acute sense of brand. You are passionate about all things interactive motion and web design. This position is for an individual that excels in an accelerated environment with multiple deliverables expected daily. The interactive motion graphics designer will work closely with the communications and brand designers on executing creative projects from websites, video and digital marketing campaigns. As well as being an interactive pro, you are a brand champion and exemplify brand consistency across all mediums and can jump in to print projects or assist other design team members when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree required and 6+ years of professional experience within a design team and/or motion graphics studio or agency (bonus for startup environment background)
- Adobe CC fluency
- After Effects and Premier pro
- Video concepting, pitching and producing for social media use, website use and training use
- Understanding of Salesforce integrated marketing tools (ie: Pardot/Marketo, Unbounce, Knak.io, etc.)
- Familiarity with Wistia
- Excellent track record working in an agile environment adhering to formal sprints
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality animation work in campaign context
- Exceptional organization and communication skills, highly detail-oriented
- Thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment with design, account, strategy and technology teams
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects ranging in size and scope simultaneously
- Ability to work on-site in an open-plan office environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Prior experience in the advertising business and/or data/television/video industry a significant plus
- Background in photography a big bonus; keen sense of composition, color and storytelling
- Experience with JIRA a significant plus with and added bonus if you are an agile environment veteran
- Leadership experience a huge plus

Today the industry standard tools are usually designed where connectivity and applications of consumer data sets often come with negative trade off for consumer privacy or security risks of leaking private data. We envision a world where this doesn't have to be the case - a world where consumer privacy, security, and governance are incorporated into the fabric of the codebase that interfaces with these systems to enable the necessary business use-cases that keep these viewing experiences free or affordable to everyone.
