Role Overview We' re looking for an Instructional Designer/E-Learning Specialist for the Talent Development (HR) team who will leverage creative learning designs and technologies to enable our employees to unlock their full potential. You will collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to craft impactful learning experiences. You will research learning methodologies, develop storyboards and scripts, push for the right learning solutions, and create content using innovative instructional design methodologies. You will bring experience in e-learning content, instructional design, and graphic design, with an ability to work on multiple projects while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibility: Instructional Design - Partner with internal teams to define learning objectives and design learning programs using ADDIE, instructional design best practices, and adult learning theories. - Identify appropriate learning solutions to maximize effectiveness and success. - Use data to understand learner behavior and drive continuous improvement. - Conduct ongoing measurement and evaluation to analyze the effectiveness of learning solutions. E-learning Design - Create, maintain, and revise e-learning using Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 (or similar) software. - Design and develop SCORM compliant e-learning. - Develop storyboards and scripts for e-learning. - Manage e-learning content within the learning management system. Graphic Design - Create and edit graphics using Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe InDesign. Other - Facilitate/support Talent Development initiatives including onboarding and other instructor-led trainings. - Work closely with the HR department and other internal teams to create relevant trainings. - Conduct research when needed to aggregate content for learning modules.
- Bachelors in instructional design, learning, graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field. - 5+ years experience in Instructional Design/Learning and Development using ADDIE Model, Design Thinking, Kirkpatrick, Bloom's Taxonomy, Agile Design to design and develop innovative learning solutions. - 2+ years of direct experience using Adobe Captivate 7, Articulate 360, or newer e-learning software/authoring tools. - Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and to effectively scope and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Proven track record of demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail and organization. - Ability to analyze logically and navigate ambiguity. - Team player with strong people skills. - Exceptional writing, editing, communication and presentation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Creative Cloud. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in or around the HR/Talent Development function. - Experience with micro-learning and gamification. - Proficient in Premiere Pro.
