Fashion Accessories Company looking for a Los Angeles-based Head of E-Commerce. Reporting directly to the company President, the successful candidate will own the online P&L and embrace the following responsibilities:

·       Lead the development of the E-Commerce strategy to drive business growth, including the merchandising site from planning to execution.

·       Forecast and achieve sales targets, align critical KPIs to deliver on financial goals, and manage those KPIs in support of the operating plan.

·       Oversee the timely creation of an integrated marketing calendar, including site messaging, content updates, product launches, promotions, emails, and new feature rollouts.

·       Identify potential best sellers and seasonal staple high performing sellers for the channel from season assortment, exclusive online opportunities, along with projections for new product during season plan build to exceed net sales expectations.

·       Partner with the head of brand to develop, implement, and leverage effective online campaigns, digital marketing, and social media strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion and expand sales.

·       Proactively manage communications within the organization to keep appropriate stakeholders abreast of key initiatives, updates, plans and business performance.

·       Manage external resources and vendors to deliver on business goals and objectives successfully.

·       Perform other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will be someone who meets the following requirements:

·       10+ years of E-Commerce leadership experience, including multi-tier team management experience.

·       Expertise in E-Commerce technology, mobile media, search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.

·       Success with creating conversion-focused digital merchandising and marketing programs.

·       Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including a strong understanding of online metrics, including GM to GP, ROS, promos to net return, forecasting, etc.

·       Experience writing marketing copy (i.e., email copy, SLs, headlines, etc.)

·       Experience with E-commerce platforms; maintain, elevate the next phase upgrade to attain goals.

·       Experience with SKU intensive products; seasonality and trend management, consumer and regional shifts, etc.

·       Demonstrated strategic business planning and management skills.

·       Experience successfully managing external vendors and identifying and vetting new vendors.

·       Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills at all levels; experience managing, developing, and motivating teams.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives.

·       Self-starter and hands-on; goes above and beyond.

·       Bachelor's degree required.
