About the Graphic Designer position

We are looking for a skilled designer to help bring SENSE content and products to life. Your duties will include the creation of UX/UI product design, websites, articles, collateral, packaging, GIFs, internal documents, corporate identity and so on.

You should possess great creativity and be keen on clean and artful design. You should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, creating beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Graphic Designer responsibilities are:

• Organize the design “brief” and record requirements and project needs
• Work together with product management and engineering to build innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Set design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Prepare wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Develop original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Participate in all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts, using a creative approach
• Use various media sources and graphic design software to accomplish your work
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, executives, and other stakeholders

Graphic Designer requirements are:

• 2+ years' experience of working as a Graphic Designer and/or UI/UX DesignExcellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Strong interaction, communication and presentation skills
• Good practical experience with industry-leading software and technologies, such as In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and so on
• Significant experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Significant experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
• Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of the user-system interaction
• Good practical experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Strong abilities to comply with the requirements of time, costs and deadlines
• BS or MS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts subject
