Designer, Global Brand Strategy

We’re looking for a Designer, Global Brand Strategy to join Team Snapchat! Working alongside the Global Brand Strategy team, in either our Los Angeles or New York office, you will architect and create innovative design to amplify Snap’s experiences globally.
What you'll do:
Develop graphic design and branding concepts for Snap’s experiential marketing activations, on a global scale
Think outside of the box to bring Snapchat to life, spark interest, and champion creativity
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working in collaboration with other teams across the group to maintain Snapchat’s visual aesthetic at key industry events, special projects, internal employee events, as well as recruiting and diversity events.
Contribute to all stages of the design process from ideation through to production and delivery
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
A champion of consistent and cohesive design across all branding materials
Deep familiarity producing static and motion graphic assets
Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Collaborative team player with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Attention to detail in design and production is crucial
Highly organized and a clear and effective communicator
Proven strong contributor who can proactively define your own workload
Able to work independently, but also able to take direction
A strong perspective on culture and popular design
Refined taste in art and an eye for design
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in Brand & Graphic Design (in-house, brand, or agency experience a must)
A strong portfolio showcasing your design work and demonstrating a high level of composition, typography, layout, and result-focused marketing designs
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with 3D rendering a plus
