Creative Strategist, Copywriter About TikTok Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. We have global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled copywriter, but is first and foremost a visionary strategist. They are a gifted storyteller, with the ability to concept creative ideas with brand objectives and target consumer in mind. They have an appetite for learning, and are comfortable working outside their primary skill set and comfort zone. Responsibilities • Work closely with Art Director(s) to concept creative ideas that result in effective, breakthrough communication • Develop copy for creative deliverables, including but not limited to - digital, social & print advertising, and brand presentations • Identify, develop and maintain a unique, consistent tone-of-voice for the TikTok brand • Multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating with appropriate team members • Facilitate brainstorms - towing the line between creative expression and brand realities • Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations

Qualifications

Requirements • 6-9 years experience as a strategist and/or copywriter, preferably in an agency setting • Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing, Marketing or Communications • Strong grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends • Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts • Great with feedback and revisions. • Not only Creative Idea needed but also focused on Copywriting and Story telling as well. • Understanding of platforms and social media best practices, with experience in social-first production
