Creative Lead
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to join Snap Inc! Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll partner with strategists, writers, producers and other curious minds, working hand in hand with other creatives all in view of crafting world-class creative work for Snap.
What you’ll do:
From individual product launches to branding systems or 360 platforms, you’ll help connect the dots and elevate Snapchat’s ecosystem through your cultural curiosity and creative tenacity
The ideal candidate has had experience working across two or three distinct creative contexts — from agencies, internal teams, freelancing and any other professional backdrop
In addition to being a great storyteller, you must possess excellent creative, presentation and problem-solving skills, as well as an eye for small details and a passion for big ideas
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience as an Creative Lead or similar role
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Highly curious, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to learn
- Passion for technology and critical points of view on its impact on people’s lives
- Understanding of today’s media landscape and how people engage with marketing
- Ability to empathize
- Experience distilling disparate sources of information into actionable inputs
- Experience articulating simple and compelling presentations
- Understanding of creative, design and marketing processes
- Conscientious and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a collaborative mindset
