As a Content Designer, you’ll help craft our visual assets for marketing initiatives both in the real world and online. From billboards and truck wraps to online ads, site pop-ups and mailer postcards - you'll get to work with it all.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys threading the needle between brand aesthetic and user conversion. They're able to pinpoint the emotions they want the viewer to feel and design in a way that draws them out of people. They focus on designing content that feels meaningful and elegant - the kind that converts users without them feeling advertised to.
What you’ll get to do
- Create, own, and iterate on all lifecycle marketing visual assets within our brand guidelines
- Design marketing assets like display advertisements, OOH, case studies, print material, marketing specific landing pages and team gear
- Create beautiful assets that get users or partner drivers excited about freight and help to describe product offerings
- Collaborate with various members of the marketing team and other teams to run data driven tests around creative
- Create assets, that educate and convert new users from lead generation all the way to first booking and beyond
What success looks like in this role
- 3+ years of content design experience for use in marketing and advertising campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Sketch, Figma and/or Adobe Suite
- Experience working in a fast paced and execution focused environment
- Strong accountability, work ethic, sense of urgency
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required
