Fabfitfun is looking for an Associate Designer to join our creative team. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Design, the Associate Designer will be instrumental in helping shape the brand’s presence. Responsibilities include supporting the needs of the marketing team and focusing on business initiatives such as campaigns, emails, social, banner ads for acquisition and landing pages. The ideal candidate is well-rounded and loves clean, simple design. A strong background in digital design, print, packaging and branding is a must.

What You'll Do:

  • Apply conceptual thinking and creativity to complex design problems from conception to production for site, app, email, banner ads and other marketing initiatives
  • Pitch and execute innovative creative ideas to take FFF’s brand presence to the next level
  • Partner with other creative team members to unite the visual style consistency across the brand
  • Daily collaboration with the marketing, merch and product teams to execute projects across all platforms
  • Self-starter who can manage and track production process for all designs

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of hands-on experience working for an in-house brand or agency
  • Well organized, detail and solutions oriented
  • Strong conceptual thinker with design sensibilities around user experience, infographics, illustrations etc.
  • Positive attitude and no ego - happy to do digital ad production when needed
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be a collaborative team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS a plus, but not required
  • Past experience working for a Lifestyle or Fashion company a plus, but not required
