We’re looking for a creative lead to drive creative thinking across our organization and our growing customer segments. You will

  • Report directly to the Content Director
  • Possess superior project management skills, with the ability to work on several creative projects at once and determine and manage priorities
  • Collaborate on a daily basis to deliver projects with a marketing content team of 6+, including a Content Director, Writer, PR Manager, Graphic Designer, and Video Production Lead. Marketing assets include sales enablement materials, lead generation campaigns (webinars, white papers, videos, infographics, social media graphics), and more.
  • Create concepts and execute digital design across all visual print and digital mediums and formats, including video
  • Understand and have experience in visually communicating complex ideas
  • Collaborate across the organization, particularly in partnership with our Content Director and Campaign Managers to communicate our value proposition by segment and buyer persona
  • Conceive & design -- with hands-on design and production -- unique, well-crafted content working across all media, including video, with strength in website design
  • Generate new ideas that help PatientPop stand out from the competition
  • Apply and help evolve PatientPop brand principles; including implementation of style guides and systems
  •  You can

    • Effectively communicate your rationale for creative decisions
    • Gather feedback from multiple stakeholders, manage the review and revision process, and deliver the final result
    • Work across multiple mediums to create a unified ‘omnichannel’ brand
    • Initiate creative strategies and ideas to differentiate PatientPop within the industry
    • Produce high-quality digital designs inline with the PatientPop brand
    • Work with product marketing director, design team, and in-house developer on key deliverables for the PatientPop website (maintenance and the evolution of the site)

     You have

    • A Bachelor's degree at minimum 
    • Minimum of 8 years experience in a digital design and production role
    • Strong visual and web design skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent understanding of brand principles and how they transfer across different mediums
    • Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up experience in creative process, marketing, digital design and brand development
    • Excellent knowledge of all applicable software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
    • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
