We are seeking an Art Director to lead our Creative Team, working closely with internal stakeholders to bring creative projects from initial planning to execution to completion. The role will be based out of headquarters in Marina Del Ray

Responsibilities

• Lead the concept, design, and execution of creative that supports e-commerce, cross-channel marketing, and internal communications.
• Direct the the planning of creative shoots (digital print and video) that support content creation per initiatives, working alongside internal and agency partners
• Execute visual material that help to achieve business and strategic objectives
• Ensure team goals and feedback are addressed in the execution of all creative assets
• Own the evolution of the Brand Book, inclusive of style guidelines and aesthetic
• Build and maintain relationships with photographers, agencies, and external vendors
• Help develop the Creative team, including copywriters and designers
