The Demand Generation Manager will create and execute campaigns to drive leads and pipeline for KitCheck, collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

Bluesight is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manger to target customers, plan / develop campaigns, execute and measure sales plays to drive opportunity pipeline for KitCheck. This person will work collaboratively with the marketing, product management, product marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that drive lead generation (MQLs) for KitCheck. This role requires a strong understanding of demand generation strategy, buyer persona targeting, list development, tools, and content, persuasive communication / project management skills, and a successful history of building software sales SaaS pipeline.
Essential Duties:
- Driving demand generation goals by creating and executing campaigns that will drive leads, MQLs, and, most importantly, pipeline.
- Building target lists that capture KitCheck buyer personas with high propensity and potential value by understanding the ICP and white space available.
- Optimizing performance by increasing key asset conversion metrics through website promotion strategies
- Coordinating and executing integrated marketing activities, including webinars, direct mail, emails, website optimization and more to support campaigns
- Collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive and execute marketing program tactics.
- Understanding what works and what we can do better. You will support ongoing reporting needs and analyze campaign and program results in detail to draw insights and make data-based adjustments.
- Ownership of core DG KPIs and the ability to measure, analyze, report, and optimize the performance of demand gen programs in partnership with the data analytics team to ensure the most efficient way we drive growth across key customer segments.
- Measuring and monitoring sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps, including working closely with the BDR teams on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience, of which 3+ years of experience in demand generation in a growth-oriented SaaS company.
- Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating opportunity and pipeline velocity.
- Brings a healthy sense of urgency and a strong framework for staying organized.
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
- Solution-oriented thinker, who loves to try and solve challenges.
- Interpret data, create insights, and translate them into applicable changes.
- Strong project management skills to effectively deliver programs, and create alignment across groups, the type of person where no detail is too small.
- Prioritize and achieve in an environment that requires fresh thinking, creativity, and innovative ideas.
