Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a driven Deal Desk Analyst to join our Go-To-Market Operations team. In this role, you’ll support deal and commercial terms structuring for complex deals (both SMB and Enterprise level), acting as a key liaison between sales and cross-functional teams such as sales, finance and operations. A portion of this role will focus on contract harmonization initiatives following our recent acquisition, ensuring seamless integration. You’ll help scale our Deal Desk Function into a documented, efficient program as our business grows.
The position offers the opportunity to join a team focused on designing and executing process improvement initiatives that align sales and operations efforts to global strategies. The Deal Desk Operations Analyst is a new position that will be critical to our continued growth. The key responsibilities will revolve around cross functional management, operational excellence, and strategic planning, but the initial focus will be on improving our internal procedures that support the sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, in the following fields of study: Business Administration; Math or Statistics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science
2-5 years of experience in a deal desk, contracts, legal, sales operations, or revenue role; software/SaaS/subscription experience a plus
Knowledge of sales and sales-related processes such as configuration, pricing, quoting, order forms, legal review
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of GAAP & IFRS revenue recognition principles
Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Strong logic and analytical abilities
Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams, building meaningful business relationships along the way
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; dependable with deliverables and deadlines, able to multi-task
Familiarity with Salesforce
