About the Role:
Surveys are a key part of Sense360's growth strategy and client satisfaction. You'll be the point-person across the organization for planning, launching and monitoring surveys. You will work cross-functionally with the data science, analytics, and client success teams to determine and communicate whether sufficient survey volume can be reached for key projects and to make sure that the methods used to collect sample will yield statistically valid insights for our clients. Attention to detail will be critical in this role, and you will be involved in highly analytical tasks which will require some SQL. 

Responsibilities:

  • Determine feasibility of custom survey requests based on our survey panel using custom built tools in SQL
  • Utilize Typeform or SurveyMonkey to create surveys from a survey guide created by our Analytics team with the client
  • Launch and monitor surveys for appropriate sample and costs 
  • Provide initial survey result analysis to the Analytics department 
  • Communicate key updates on surveys to cross functional stakeholders
  • Find opportunities to improve survey processes across teams and aid in the automation of survey launching and monitoring 

Application Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good business intuition and basic understanding of business principles
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn SQL
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Market research experience is a nice to have
