This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with some of the world's leading brands while learning about the printing and packaging industry. You will interact closely with everyone on our small team and get to see the inner workings of a rapidly-growing startup.

Requirements

  • Track production status from order placement all the way to delivery to customer
  • Ensure on time performance from our manufacturing partners 
  • Manage up to 500 production order items, place purchase orders, and create tools to refine the purchase order process
  • Resolve questions and discrepancies with manufacturing partners and identify possible delays in timeline
  • Hold partners accountable to Lumi standards by enforcing and influencing quality onboarding standards
  • Analyze data and trends to improve order flow process
  • Work cross functionally with sales to meet customer delivery requirements 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, or production preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication 
  • Able to build relationships with others and possess a high standard of integrity and reliability
  • Proficient in MS Office, Gsuite, and ERP systems experience preferred
  • Able to work in fast paced environment interacting with global vendors across multiple time zones
