The Member Experience Team is looking for a Knowledge Manager to help us build the long-term strategy of key, global projects with several stakeholders and complexities.

To excel in this position, you will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You must be able to manage tight deadlines and develop realistic work back schedules. You must be comfortable writing, creating and publishing high quality content for a variety of audiences

In this role you will:

  • Manage the current knowledge management practices while designing new knowledge standard
  • Manage a team of content developers
  • Analyze the effectiveness of knowledge management programs
  • Create standards for member facing help content
  • Partner with technical, product, and business teams to ensure agents have information needed to effectively support members
  • Gain approval from stakeholders, Public Relations, and Legal on critical support content
  • Drive process improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or related field
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • 7+ years of experience creating support content or technical documentation
  • Experience with CMS platforms, HTML, Microsoft and/or Google Suite

A plus if you also have:

  • A background in Information Architecture or Information Systems
  • Experience developing support content for contact center agents
  • Experience creating global support content
  • Background in Operational Excellence or Lean Six Sigma
