The Sr. Capital Management Analyst's primary responsibility will be directing, analyzing, and reporting on the use of credit lines and funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• (40%) Manage cross functional operations for loan processing to ensure loans move through the marketplace efficiently
• (30%) Manage day to day operations of lenders and third party relationships, including directing the use of funds across available capital sources for operations
• Understand the lines of credit restrictions
• Assist with modeling future capital needs
• Create the series in Lender Platform
• (20%) Manages the relationship between Capital Markets and Finance to ensure available warehouse lines are accurate 
• (10%) Maintain reporting of historical line usage to better understand capacity, revenue generation and future strategies

Requirements:

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
• Preferred 2+ years of relevant experience in the funding operations for mortgage related company
• Experience with financial modeling
• Understanding of capital markets
