Endpoint is looking for a Senior RPA Business Analyst to help lead our Intelligent Automation strategy. This role will work cross-functionally with our Title & Escrow (T&E) Operations team(s) and technology teams to drive technological innovations to scale effectively and efficiently within the real estate industry.

*A hybrid working model in Arizona or Texas is preferred. We are open to remote candidates for this role however, some travel will be required.

As a Senior RPA Business Analyst, you will use your skills to:

• Facilitate the generation of process maps and Process Definition documents (PDD) based on business requirements or needs
• Strong partnership with engineering and product development to drive the Solution Design Document (SDD) to provide the design of information architecture and process functionality
• Collaborate with different business unit(s), Operational Excellence, technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of high quality solutions to meet business needs, including ongoing support of the introduction of new features and capabilities
• Provide continuous assessment and review of automation activity to drive optimization and value within the organization
• Identify and deliver process improvements to align with strategic needs.
• Manage a mature change control process to ensure continuity of delivery from automation solutions
• Design scalable automation solutions and support implementation

You'll come to Endpoint with:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• 2+ years of experience working with an RPA provider (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• UiPath Academy or Automation Anywhere University certification is a plus
• Experience with Business Process Management, language specifications (BPMN, CMMN, DMN) and related tooling is a plus (e.g. Business Optix, Camunda)
• Perform critical analysis, to optimize our business processes and improve the automation operating model
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of the Title and Escrow (T&E) industry is a plus
