As a Senior Data Analyst, you will help build our data analytics vertical and drive insights that lead to step-function operational improvements in the business. In this role, you will partner with leadership and teams from across the business — from our Tower and Drone teams to operations to our customer success team — to help unpack ambiguous problems and build lasting, scalable analytics solutions. Your work will vary from deep analytical investigations to process and data improvements and helping build core dashboards and tables — all in the pursuit of helping grow how Anduril operates and measures itself.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex and nuanced queries against new or unfamiliar data sets (and if you’re not proficient, you have the aptitude and ambition to become fluent!)
• Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Sisense)
• Comfortable working with, and combining, disparate and diverse data sources
• o4+ years of experience in roles as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Management Consultant, Investment Banking
• You think deeply about business strategy, growth, and metrics and have experience translating opportunities into data driven problems
• You are excited about partnering with coworkers to figure out how analytics can solve business problems while displaying the EQ and humility to draw stakeholders in
• You are excellent at project managing your work and have experience boiling data problems into measurable and achievable blocks
• You know how to communicate complex concepts effectively and concisely and are comfortable presenting and debating in large groups. We’re looking for strong data advocates who can plug into cross-functional working teams seamlessly and drive cultural pushes for the organization to become more data driven

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the first Senior Data Analyst hire at Anduril!
• Help lead the charge on building out our internal data infrastructure and driving towards insights that lead to step-function improvements in how we operate
• Own the analyses and projects with cross functional teams that lead to improvements in our understanding of the business. This will be done through analyses that you are directly working on and by helping cross-functional partners answer their own questions
• Define and introduce new metrics and processes that drive clarity into business performance by helping us understand where we’re succeeding and where we need to improve
• Deeply care about how Anduril uses the output of your analysis, and strive to make us improve over time
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
