We are looking for a self-motivated, analytical, and data-driven individual who can translate complex datasets into meaningful insights and communicate these insights to key stakeholders. In this role, you will be spearheading all of the analytics centered around our Operations Unit.

What You’ll Do

• Build-out the core operations infrastructure and analytics foundation for our Operations Team
• Conduct intakes and collaborate with business stakeholders/leaders to determine requirements for data, reports, analyses, training, service levels, data quality, performance and overall business objectives
• Set, track, and measure KPIs and provide data-driven, actionable recommendations on how to achieve short and long-term goals
• Create analytical dashboards to provide crucial visibility and gain real-time insights into our entire Operations sector of the business; conduct operational data analysis and reporting, as well as highly customized and complex, ad-hoc BI oriented work
• Lead projects involving data- and insights-gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and making recommendations based on findings
• Data governance, permissions, security for BI tools

What You Have

• 4+ years business operations, analytics, and strategy experience
• An “always learning” attitude, continuously seeking out new opportunities and ways to increase growth and drive the business
• The ability to weave amazing stories by building dashboards and compelling presentations
• A “can-do” attitude and are willing to go beyond the outlined project
• 4+ years experience in writing SQL queries
• 2+ years experience with BI and Data Warehousing tools (Tableau, Looker, Mode, Snowflake, Redshift, Bigquery)
• Experience with CRM & Ops Tools (Salesforce, Twilio, uJet, etc.)
• Call center reporting experience preferred
• Leadership experience (coaching, mentoring, training team members, project leadership) preferred
