About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Analytics, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for building and supporting emerging analytics needs throughout the business.
What You'll Do
- Build and deploy cutting edge analytical tools to strengthen our strategy across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product in a fast-paced healthcare tech startup
- Build relationships with business leads, identify challenges and develop creative solutions based on data and analytics
- Create, monitor, and optimize KPIs
- Present insights and strategize with leadership on the direction of the business and areas of opportunity
- Be a part of a cutting-edge, fast-growing team
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of quantitative analytics experience with experience in SQL, Tableau, and Python-based analytical libraries
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
