About the Role
The Senior BI Analyst, Core Funnel Analytics will cultivate a deep and thorough understanding of the inputs and mechanics of our attribution system and ensure we can successfully monitor our site traffic, user behavior, and pharmacy transactions. We are looking for someone both strategic and technical, who can leverage their comprehensive analytical toolkit to generate data insights that create more customized and effective user experiences. In this role, you will evaluate and report on data pipeline health on an ongoing basis, investigate unexpected shifts in consumer behavior, and perform deep dive analyses to find more ways to make our product experience more seamless. You will help implement new product intelligence platforms and help audit and troubleshoot data to ensure reliability and consistency with current reporting. Partnering with cross-functional leaders in areas such as Product, Marketing, Design and User Research, you will help develop analytical frameworks and insights to support strategic decisions and develop new product features.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in an analytical role
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- High SQL, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience in event driven architecture and parsing of large data sets
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners by leveraging data and insights
Nice to have:
- Management consulting, or Product Analytics experience at another technology firm
- Prior experience working with pricing, marketing, and conversion metrics
- Data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with Optimizely or similar A/B testing platforms
- Experience with Amplitude
