As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will apply subject matter expertise to collect, refine and model data generated throughout the product life cycle. You will be responsible for architecting data models and building data pipelines to fuel analytics teams across multiple verticals: performance marketing & user acquisition, marketplace shopping, and financial analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Data Warehouse Dimensional & Relational Models that will ultimately arm Fair with the insights to completely transform the vehicle ownership experience
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design, implement and deliver insightful analytic solutions
• Build, test and refine data pipelines (ETL) across our analytics teams
• Automate data quality monitoring and improve auditing capabilities
• Research and promote new tools and techniques to shape the future of our data warehouse environment

Required Qualifications:

• Expert understanding of SQL
• 4+ Experience developing or architecting data models in a data warehouse (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query) for analytics and reporting
• 4+ years experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Mode)
• 4+ Experience with ELT/ETL tools (Fivetran, Alooma, Airflow, DBT)
• Experience with a Customer Data Platform tools (mParticle, Segment)
• Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Apptimize, LeanPlum)
• Experience with Python (Pandas, Numpy) for ETL and analysis purposes
• Experience working with Financial or Accounting data is preferred
