We’re looking for a Manager, Revenue Insights to join Procore’s Revenue Insights and Analytics team. In this role, you will lead a team with the objective of delivering actionable insights and business intelligence to our Procore's Sales and Marketing teams. This position is a hybrid of jobs in sales analytics/insights, sales/marketing operations, strategic planning, sales forecasting and success in this role will require you to possess a balance of thoughtful analysis, executive-ready presentations, process optimization, operational support, and thought partnership to leadership.

To be an ideal candidate for this position, you must love to solve complex problems, have passion for data and analytics in support of driving business decisions, and are comfortable working with leaders and stakeholders of all levels. In this role, you will be highly collaborative, working cross-functionally within the Revenue Operations team, and functionally across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Corporate Strategy, etc. to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and scale. You will also help to lead a team which develops scalable solutions primarily for Procore's Sales and Marketing teams and help to define a vision to deliver best-in-class data support.

This position will report to our Director of Revenue Insights and has the opportunity to work remotely from any U.S. location or be based in one of our U.S. offices.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts in a center-of-excellence model supporting sales and marketing stakeholders at all levels
  • Design and implement standardized, data-driven and analytical solutions which help sales and marketing teams be successful
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of marketing and sales process and functions and the technologies it touches
  • Support the building, maintenance, and monitoring of KPIs and metrics to measure the health and success of our Revenue business
  • Support the maintenance and development of advanced and predictive models which help us prioritize leads, predict churn, forecast sales, etc.
  • Establish strong relationships and processes with teams in the Revenue organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations) as well as Revenue partners (IT, Finance, HR, Product, etc.)
  • Perform ad-hoc and in-depth analyses and translate them into insights which can be interpreted and actioned by business executives and stakeholders
  • Learn, align, and provide thought leadership on best-in-class practices in Sales/Marketing operations, key performance metrics, processes, and systems
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing executives to help them make data-driven business decisions and influence strategy

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams
  • 6+ years of experience working as a business analyst in operations supporting Sales and Marketing teams, experience in SaaS preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be effective with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to manage roadmaps and deliver committed solutions on-time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to synthesize and present data to business audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with business partners
  • Conceptual knowledge of data structures, hierarchies, and business rule complexities
  • Possess knowledge of SQL (Snowflake preferred), Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, and data warehousing required
  • Strong team player and regularly demonstrates Procore's values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership in the working environment
