GOAT is seeking a results-oriented Reporting Specialist. This individual should have deep experience with data analytics, capacity planning and forecasting for a fast-growing business and performance-based culture. We’re looking for a detail oriented, highly organized person with a consistent track record of creating, analyzing and interpreting various data sets to identify areas of achievement and recommend improvements. The role requires a high degree of cross-functional interaction and demands excellent communication skills. In this role you will:

  • Create dashboards for reporting departmental KPI’s to senior management (business segment risks/opportunities, hourly/weekly/monthly forecasting trends, scenario analysis of business strategy changes, etc)
  • Define and document cross-functional processes within the business
  • Review systemic tracking of authentication process, while verifying accuracy/completeness
  • Collect, analyze, and report with large set of CX and operational data
  • Perform on-going analytical reports on an ad-hoc basis as requested by Senior Management
  • Develop reports using complex formulas; analyzes and reviews results for accuracy and trends that provide insight into the trends and performance of the department
  • Work with the Workforce Manager to analyze and interpret past and current data to determine ensure department goals are met Identify and communicate areas for continual improvement of service levels and staffing models for the contact center; recommend and initiate process improvements
  • Tracks and reports on the financial impact to the business of CX and Authentication dept staffing and operational changes, such as the impact of hiring and attrition
  • Ensuring that all stakeholders are routinely apprised of overall departmental, team, and individual staff member performance metrics so that performance standards do not become compromised
  • Perform weekly, monthly, annual variance analysis actuals against previous year, plan, and forecast
  • Maintain effective working relationships across internal and external teams as necessary
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be willing to adjust daily responsibilities to meet the needs of the business

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an analyst/reporting role, with a good understanding of contact center terminology and functions1-3+ years’ experience with data collection methodologies
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills, intermediate Access skills
  • Preferred experience with contact center software, including workforce management, CRM, and phone systemStrong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and versatility in problem analysis and resolution 
  • Willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
  • A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and comfortable taking initiative while quickly grasping concepts, processes, and ideasA self-motivated problem solver who is results-oriented and works well within a team-based environment
  • Strong proficiency working with web browsers and web-based tools
