The Safety team at TikTok help ensure that our community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our apps while protecting our brand. Responsibilities - Assists in building a realtime monitoring program - Performs statistical analysis of incoming volume, forecasting, headcount needs, and historical trend analysis - Monitors site to ensure optimal staffing levels, and responds to escalated issues - Completing root-cause analysis to determine and quantify reasons for forecast variance, and recommending changes to enhance forecast accuracy and effectiveness - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal support team on intraday requests - Develop scalable, automated dashboards to provide status on key performance goals and initiatives; illustrate and highlight root causes of what impacts attainment of those objectives - Assess the methods to calculate and compile various internal metrics and ensure that the source data aligns with the stakeholders' business needs. - Manage all vendor access systems - Own & publish long-term, short-term forecasts and capacity planning reports for multiple business teams for all sites
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Operations Research, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering - 3+ years of experience in business real-time or in planning/reporting - Strong skills within Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets - Experience with SQL (Hive is a plus) or other database techniques - Excellent verbal and written skills - Must be a self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
