About the Role:

Data is at the core of our ability to properly serve our community, and we need help putting all the data to work for the community and the company leadership. As such, we are looking for a passionate certified data analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.

• You are excellent at translating business strategy into product strategy
• You are customer-obsessed and are always looking for ways to improve the service design
• You’re an analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
• You are not afraid of taking on challenges, even if it means you might stumble and fall
• You demonstrate superior problem solving/troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of SQL
• You have 1-2 years as a management consultant (Preferred, but not required)

What we are looking for

• Providing insights using data visualization and business analytics tools
• Designing and maintaining data systems and databases
• Mining data from primary and secondary sources and using statistical tools to interpret data sets
• Preparing reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Collaborating with engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance
