FIGS is looking for an awesome Operations Analyst to be a vital member of our rock star team. As part of the Operations Team, you will provide support to the entire FIGS organization to optimize company operations and drive efficient growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dedicated, and has a strong desire to excel and grow with FIGS. 

What you’ll do:

• Manage internal freight forwarding communications
• Administrate WMS activity to flow to and from ERP system
• Conduct recurring/ad hoc processes with 3PL
• Review Vendor documentation for accuracy and communicate/follow-up on discrepancies
• Maintain internal inventory reports 
• 3PL supply level management and placing orders 
• Develop and adhere to established KPIs
• Evaluate operations procedures and processes to recommend strategies
• Compare processes with industry standards and best practices
• Prepare detailed reports of workflow research and improvements
• Develop workflows to streamline processes

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, data management, operations research, or related field
• 2 years’ experience as an operations analyst, in an operation or research analyst role, or in a related position
• Able to analyze large, complex data sets using a variety of software and tools
• Comfortable with database administration skills and resources
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pays strict attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management
