This is a unique opportunity to support reporting and analytics needs within the Member Experience organization for both our Community Escalations and Trust & Safety Operations teams. As the Member Experience Sr. Analyst you will partner with internal and external teams across the organization, and across the globe, to measure and define key Member Experience KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports for Member Experience Team to distribute company-wide to monitor and track Member Experience Performance
  • Coordinate with internal Member Experience team and Tinder Analytics teams to ensure that all necessary reporting and measures are in place to support upcoming tool and product releases
  • Serve as primary liaison to the rest of Tinder to amplify voice of the customer to share data and insights related to product feedback and releases
  • Analyze data to identify gaps or risks in current operational processes 
  • Support Tracking and Impact Analysis for internal Bug and Large Scale Event processes Partner with Team Managers to Develop and Monitor Operational Performance Metrics
  • Partner with stakeholders across business (Product, Marketing, Legal, PR, and Engineering) to identify opportunities to continuously improve department reporting and measurements

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in data analytics or similar role
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into digestible insights/visualizations
  • Experience balancing multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Foundational knowledge of Customer Support and/or Trust & Safety Organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree or significant college course work in related field
  • Direct experience writing simple and complex queries in SQL-based languages 
  • Experience with BI/Analytical tools such as Periscope, Tableau, Mode, Databricks, REdash, etc
  • Ability to think critically, problem solve, and remain calm, when things go awry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence or similar software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing user and agent behavior to drive product and process improvements 
  • Google Analytics, Zendesk Explore
  • Experience in product and software development lifecycle
