We’re looking for a Strategy Manager to join Team Snapchat! As a member of the Strategy and Corporate Development team, you will help execute projects that impact multiple areas of the business. Working from our Los Angeles headquarters, you’ll collaborate with various teams across the company to help accomplish our strategic goals. This position will report directly to the VP of Strategy and Corporate Development.
What you’ll do:
Provide written strategic recommendations to improve our product and partner strategy based on market research, internal and industry trends, and opportunity scoping and sourcing
Build key relationships with cross functional teams including internal executives from relevant functions (e.g. Design, Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance)
Collaborate externally with executive decision makers and execution teams to grow their businesses
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously
Proven track record of handling complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
Experience managing complex product integrations with third parties
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate results clearly and effectively
Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility to work in an agile environment with changing priorities
Ability to develop deep trust-based relationships and influence different stakeholder groups directly and indirectly
4+ years of experience working in strategy, business development, or consulting
BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
Expert skills with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides or Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
Expert understanding of consumer-facing technology business models
