THE ROLE:

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead marketing audience strategy and implementation for a top consumer brands company.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • The successful candidate will be well versed in quantitative and qualitive research approaches to define and profile audiences to reach in advertising and will understand how to evaluate which audiences are the best opportunity for growth across all MGA product lines.
  • Lead implementation of Data Management Platform (DMP), develop audience architecture and build strategy frameworks and analytical tools for evaluating the impact of audience data on marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate the value, features, and benefits of audience solutions; review performance insights that can be implemented to drive higher impact and success.
  • Own and manage the client’s audience segmentation and analytics, targeting and testing strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Identify opportunities to scale 1st party data use and enhance audience effectiveness in partnership with data science analytics team.
  • Leverage data for establishing performance baseline and solutions, including resulting data to validate ROI of deployed solutions.
  • Establish client relationships by understanding the account strategy to further enhance technical (and tactical) efforts.
  • Manage critical escalations with clear execution plan and drive to get closure.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ year of relevant experience within the Marketing/Media/Advertising industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, economics, etc.
  • Expertise in MarTech and Ad Tech platforms including Data Management Platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, etc), Customer Management Platforms, audience research platforms (Nielsen MRI, Resonate, GWI, etc) and data onboarding solutions (LiveRamp et al)
  • Hands on experience in at least one of the DMP tools (such as SF Krux, Adobe Audience Manager, Oracle Data Cloud, Neustar, etc.), as well as knowledgeable and communicative about DMP best practices.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, communications (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of addressable marketing, traditional and programmatic media channels.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing technologies/advertising & data integration, market research, statistical methods, Big Data, segmentation & modeling approaches, and marketing concepts.
  • The ability to set a data driven roadmap and manage a complex and strategic account at a senior level.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
