Team Overview


For this position we are seeking a highly detail-oriented person who plays a critical role in the Dispute and Chargeback Process along with supporting Dave’s Loss Management efforts. They will be responsible for maintaining compliance of our internal & external procedures for Reg E, Fraud & Chargeback processing, and our internal review and resolution process. 

What You'll Do

  • Monitoring high volumes of data related to card transactions & chargebacks and analyzing trends within the data - related to incoming disputes and other card activity
  • Transaction monitoring - per our terms of service and operating procedures
  • Responsible for supporting internal and external quality assurance audits for the dispute & chargeback process
  • Works closely with our Member Success team to resolve internal dispute and transaction activity related escalations
  • Contributes to the development, documentation and maintenance of our standard operating procedures and best practices for dispute & fraud management
  • Responsible for protecting sensitive consumer data
  • Responsible for tracking investigations for timely completion by providing status reports, including relevant quality metrics

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years' experience with debit or credit card operations, including chargeback dispute monitoring
  • Experience in quality assurance and/or compliance 
  • Experience working with high volumes of data or databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt tone to company brand
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires adaptability
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Possess knowledge of Reg. E, Payment Network rules (MasterCard, VISA) and other regulatory guidelines related to cardholder protection rules
