Responsibilities

Responsibilities 1. Oversee strategy team, user research team and consumer insights team for TikTok US. 2. Work closely with US GM and TikTok global leadership team to make strategic decisions on growth, operation and organization to drive business growth and P&L. 3. Lead and drive industry insights on social & entertainment industry. Make sure that the user research and consumer insights team conduct research on key issues and make meaningful impact. 4. Be responsible for pushing forward new business opportunities, like live-streaming and education.

Qualifications

Qualifications 1. 5+ years experience working for strategy consulting firms or internet companies would be preferred. 2. 2+ year of people management experience. 3. Strong local connection in tech and deep understanding of US Internet market. 4. Demonstrated strong analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive deep insights. 5. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 6. Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. 7. Strong interest in consumer tech/entertainment and previous exposure will be highly preferred.
