We recently raised 45 million through a partnership with a global growth equity firm and are seeking a Data Scientist who is passionate about researching and developing machine learning models to analyze the patterns and qualities of a user who will enjoy long-term value from Arcade. As the ideal candidate ideal candidate you have well-rounded experience building and deploying machine learning pipelines and are comfortable communicating visually with marketing analysts and business personnel.
The Output Growth team is a hybrid of data engineers, analysts, and scientists, dedicated to ensuring the sustainability of our rapidly growing SaaS instrument plugin, Arcade. We use a combination of hand-crafted analysis and predictive modeling to optimize marketing spend and provide insights that drive business strategy.
How you'll add value:
- Explore large historical data sets that are constantly growing and evolving, and have a leading voice in decisions that affect in-product analytics
- Develop explainable machine learning algorithms that predict conversion and monthly retention based on user behavior.
- Select features, build and optimize models using machine learning techniques
- Work with growth analysts and engineers to derive and source features
- Design experiments and analyze model results
- Present results to internal teams and executives
- Add incredible value to a fast-growing company by optimizing user acquisition
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Graduate with Bachelor’s or Masters in Computer Science or related technical field with a focus on machine learning applications
- 3-5 years of industry experience building and deploying machine learning pipelines
- Skilled in Python, including jupyter, pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, tf/keras, pytorch and matplotlib or equivalent plotting library
- Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform is a bonus
- Excited to explore a cutting edge field where experimentation and creativity drive success
