Data Acquisition Associate

This role is responsible for helping our Data Acquisition team ensure that our survey-based field data is captured and processed correctly prior to processing by our Analytics team. This multi-faceted role encompasses working with engineers on ways to improve the user experience in our surveys, through evaluating captured data and up to validating that the data captured is aligned with specific client needs. This position will be based in the Ace Metrix El Segundo office and will report to the Data Acquisition Team Lead. Blah...blah...blah...

Enough of the canned stuff. 

We are looking for someone who wants to work with Good People and Interesting Data. This is not a data scientist role. You don't need a PhD in Stats. What you do need is a desire to come to the office with energy, the desire to work with others and the ability to read, think, discuss and analyze the data and data collection tools we work with every day.

We don't care what you did in the past. This is a role for someone who has good fundamental skills, is dependable and wants to learn.  Not everything about this position is exciting but you will be exposed to data science, U/X, logistics and software engineering.
