We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Operations Analyst who will be responsible for using internal data to identify and assess opportunities to improve business processes with the ultimate goal of improving operational efficiency and performance. You are passionate about all things data and tech, and have extensive knowledge of the digital space. You are accomplished in the areas of data analysis and insight generation and ready to support the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional and collaborative organization.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Extract, and organize data about key parts of the business in order to better understand our internal operations
• Provide insights surrounding the data that can be used to inform business decisions to senior management
• Provide assistance with intake and prioritization of requests from internal stakeholders
• Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities
• Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals
• Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
• Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering team to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree, B.S. or B.A. preferred. 
• 2+ years of experience working with data analysis and insight generation
• Experience with fast paced environments that require you to figure out the best action plan with sometimes limited information
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Salesforce
• Preferred experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Datorama, Looker, etc.
• Excited about the idea of helping cross functional teams thrive in an ancillary role
• Hungry to learn more about the ad tech space and ways that you can grow every day while helping the business
• Always looking to learn more about the business and how it operates within all departments
