• Research, implement, integrate, evaluate and monitor state-of-the-art Text-To-Speech (TTS) models and related voice technologies.
• Improve processes and tooling for cleaning, processing and assessing training data.
• Work with engineering- and product teams to improve voice building workflows.
• Implement and maintain features of the speech synthesis engine, including language processing.
• Assess the state of the art in research and help innovate, identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with various teams on new product features and improvements of existing products.

• Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree or PhD in a related field, e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or Electrical Engineering.
• Deep learning skills, especially sequence and generative models (Attention, Transformers, GANs, Diffusion etc.).
• Research or industry experience with speech technology, preferably TTS but also ASR, Voice Conversion, Speaker Diarization etc.
• Experienced with Python and PyTorch.

• NLP and language processing skills.
• Published relevant articles (e.g. Interspeech, ICASSP, Speech Communication, NeurIPS, CVPR).
• Software Development experience in other languages such as C++, C, Go, Rust, Kotlin, Julia.
• AWS and Docker knowledge (working with EC2, S3, CloudWatch, deploying Containers, writing Dockerfiles).
