As an Analyst on the League of Legends Strategic Advisory team, you will build KPI reports to be presented to senior leaders, analyze massive amounts of data to shape product strategy, and conduct competitive analysis to keep partners up to date with market trends. You will report directly to the Senior Analyst on the team. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner with League of Legends game leadership to create insights and frameworks that’ll inform the strategic direction of the game overall
• Ensure we understand players from all over the world and the global picture of game health across regions
• Provide strategic insights to test teams’ assumptions and inform their actions
• Collect, transform, and analyze complex data to more deeply understand our audience and their behaviors
• Share your results with other Rioters in clear, illustrative presentations and dashboards
• Mentor other analysts, helping them learn from your own experiences

Required Qualifications:

• BA in Economics, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Applied Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Statistics or a related discipline
• 2+ years professional work experience analyzing large datasets and informing company strategy, or in management consulting.
• Knowledge of SQL or other relational database approaches

Desired Qualifications:

• A graduate degree or meaningful work experience in consulting, consumer insights, or product strategy, or revenue strategy is especially relevant
• Knowledge in Python or other scripting languages
• Knowledge of experimental design and A/B testing
